About
Good Bones Inc. is a handyman company in Springfield, IL, offering general handyman and refurbishment services. We help landlords, property managers, realtors and homeowners bring tired properties back to life, from a single repair to a full rental turnover. Most homes have good bones; they just need the right hands to get them rent-ready or market-ready. We give a clear quote before any work starts, we show up when we say we will, and we leave the job clean. We stick to the small repairs and simple swaps listed below. We don't replace faucets, dishwashers or garbage disposals, hook up gas appliances, or swap light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches or hardwired alarms.
