Small Patches vs. Full Drywall Repair

Not every hole needs a new piece of drywall. Nail holes, dings, and small dents can be filled, sanded, and made ready for paint in a couple of visits. Bigger damage, like holes from a doorknob, water damage, or walls opened up for repairs, needs a new section of drywall cut in, taped, mudded in layers, and sanded. That takes a few days so each coat can dry. We fix walls after plumbers and electricians open them up.
